Modules for New Counselors

Our Modules for New Counselors offer free professional development designed to help new counselors as they embark on the career of high school counseling. Learn foundational information in the following categories: Counselor Tasks and Techniques, College Advising, and College Board Programs and Services.

Our modules are comprehensive, self-paced courses that give you the flexibility to select your topics of interest. Each module takes approximately 60 minutes to complete and comes with .1 CEU credits. 

To access the modules:

• Log in to the New Counselor Modules by clicking here: Start Learning
  You will be prompted to log-in to your College Board professional account.
  Click on My Learning at the top of the learner dashboard. 
• Click on Learning Journeys.
   

What is a Learning Journey? 

A Learning Journey is a collection of related modules and resources brought together in one place. It gives you an organized learning experience, lets you complete training at your own pace, and helps you keep track of your progress.
